On August 13, 2008, WINIFRED B. "Winnie"; beloved wife of the late Francis Cyphert; devoted mother of Wayne Cyphert; Lewis Pharr, and the late Keith Cyphert; loving sister of Katherine Massie, and the late June Rader. Also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
